Is the 3PL warehouse the same as the main warehouse?

No. We're under the same roof, however, the 3PL warehouse is separated by a large corridor. Also, the 3PL sits within a different WMS system, and is managed by a different Logistics Team.

How long does it take for stock to dispatch from the 3PL warehouse?

Our standard dispatch SLT is 3 business days from the receipt of a clean drawdown request. We will work with our customers to expedite orders if required.

What reports are standard as a 3PL customer?

As a 3PL customer, you could expect weekly stock availability reports, as well as monthly stock sell-through reports from our project coordinators.

What type of 3PL customers do you support?

We have project customers who operate via a specific timeline, as well as customers who we support on a permanent ongoing basis.

Can a 3PL customer also utilise Dicker Data’s staging services?

Yes, combined staging and 3PL projects are common and we will work with your team to deliver a unified customer outcome. We can also store a customer’s stock with no staging requirements.

Do you only store Dicker Data purchased stock?

No, the Dicker Data 3PL warehouse will store stock from any vendor.

Can a 3PL customer dispatch their stock out of office hours?

Yes, for some customers we offer 24-7 dispatch services using our on-call staff to action their request.
