Dicker Data Inks Exclusive Partnership with Taleka
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, 02 June 2022 – Dicker Data (Company) is today announcing the Company’s exclusive new partnership with UK-headquartered Taleka, a global award-winning Cisco CX (customer experience) service delivery company. As a Cisco distributor with a Cisco CX specialisation, the Company will leverage its new partnership with Taleka to accelerate and scale Cisco CX solutions in Australia.

Dicker Data Launches Dicker Data Access and Surveillance (DAS)
AUSTRALIA, Sydney – 02 May 2022: Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) (Company) has today announced the completion of
the acquisition and transition of the Hills Limited (ASX: HIL) (Hills) Security and IT (SIT) division. Hills shareholders voted
in favour of the Business Sale Agreement on Wednesday, 20 April 2022, with the Company taking full ownership from
Monday, 02 May 2022.
The purchase price, based on a premium to the net assets sold, is $19.35m. A final adjustment for balance sheet items
will occur before the end of May 2022. Effective Monday, 02 May 2022, the acquisition will see Dicker Data transition
more than 100 of the Hills team members and novate over 50 vendor contracts.
Following the Company’s acquisition, the Hills SIT division will now be recognised as Dicker Data Access and Surveillance,
or DAS. This marks the dawn of a new era in security technology distribution as Dicker Data enters the market vowing to
deliver the highest service levels from highly certified technical pre and post sales teams, providing just-in-time access
to a comprehensive range of solutions the Company’s customers are already familiar with.
David Dicker, Chairman and CEO, said “I’m pleased to announce the completion of our acquisition of the Hills Security
and IT division. The Company is now well-positioned to capitalise on the access and surveillance market and I’m confident

The new DAS business unit at Dicker Data is led by Chris Price who re-joined the Company in January 2022 in the role of
General Manager - DAS. Mr Price is the former Commercial Director of Dicker Data, having worked for the Company
between 2006 and 2014. He has since held Director-level roles with other technology companies such as HP.

network to scale up significantly. Dicker Data plans to rapidly scale the DAS business by introducing its extensive network
of existing partners to the new DAS solutions which will in turn create additional revenue streams for their businesses.

Dicker Data to Distribute Philips Monitors
AUSTRALIA, Sydney – 17 January 2022: Dicker Data has today announced its newest distribution partnership, with Philips Monitors. The distribution agreement will see Dicker Data distributing the extensive range of Philips business series monitors in the Australian market.

Dicker Data Brings Neat to ANZ Channel Partners

Dicker Data to Distribute HP Large Format Print
AUSTRALIA, Sydney – 10 May 2021: Dicker Data has today announced the expansion of its existing distribution agreement with HP in Australia to include Large Format Print. Effective Monday, 10th May 2021.
Chairman and CEO, David Dicker, said “We’re pleased to be expanding our relationship with HP in Australia. We started working with Compaq, which eventually became HP, in the early ‘90s and finally gained access to their Print portfolio about 20 years later in 2013. Since then, we’ve been growing their Print business each year and our team’s hard work has been recognised two years in a row with the HP Print Distributor of the Year award in 2019 and 2020.”
“The Large Format Print category has undergone significant innovation in recent years. I’ve personally invested in a number of HP’s products in this segment and have found them to be reliable, intuitive and fit for purpose,” Dicker added.
Dicker Data will have access to the full range of HP DesignJet, PageWide XL and Latex printers under the new deal.
