Yes, we offer white label services across all three service pillars of Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Project Coordination and Staging and Configuration.

No, we deploy images provided by the customer.

We accept images in the following format: 

•  Microsoft DISM/Imagex (.WIM) *
• Dell Image Assist (.WIM)
• Acronis True Image (.TIB)
• Clonezilla (.OCS)

Note: * Must have complete image containing all drivers and applications (deployed using WINPE)

Yes, we can work with our partners to setup a VPN and SSCM-DP for endpoint imaging.

Yes, Dicker Data hold certifications in electrical test and tag.

No, your account manager or product manager could assist with post-sales support.

• The Staging Team can harvest the Hash ID from a device (if not available from the Vendor)
• The Staging team can also perform a White Glove Deployment Service – download the Profile prior to dispatch.

NOTE: The Staging Team cannot access a Partners/Customer Autopilot tenant due to security issues.
