Dicker Data offers a complimentary drop ship service that provides our registered reseller partners with instant access to our logistics and supply chain shipping service. This contactless offering is designed to deliver your customers’ technology products directly to their doorstep, saving time and eliminating unnecessary handling.
To enhance your brand’s delivery experience, you have the option to personalise the shipping documents by incorporating your Company logo. We never include pricing information in the accompanying documents. Additionally, digital copies of delivery dockets can be conveniently accessed through our web portal, offering you easy and secure access to essential information.
How does Drop Shipping work?
1. Send an email to sales@dickerdata.com.au with your account code in the subject line - e.g. "Drop Ship Logo - Account 123456"
2. Attach a copy of your logo to the email (image file). If you would like to include your contact details on the delivery document, please include your contact details in the logo image you send to us.
3. Our sales team will respond to confirm its successful integration into your delivery docket template. Once you receive confirmation, you can expect shipping documentation on all future orders to include the logo image provided.

Dicker Data provide a variety of expedited shipping options for interstate deliveries, including a next flight priority service.
Boasting a dedicated 25,000m2 warehouse facility located south of Sydney in Kurnell, NSW, Dicker Data’s office is conveniently located within 45 minutes of the Sydney CBD. Our reseller partners have the option to collect their orders from our warehouse between 09:00am and 4:00pm on business days. We also extend an invitation to resellers to book facility tours in advance, offering them the opportunity to experience the size and scale of the Dicker Data operation, including our dedicated configuration, staging and third party logistics facility.
