Program overview

Accelerate to AI is a four-week, execution focused sprint built for partners who want to improve their AI adoption sales strategy, rapidly build and scale a Copilot and AI agents practice. 

This sprint is ideal for partners with an existing base of Microsoft 365 Business Premium customers who are well positioned to embrace AI within their organisations and begin leveraging Copilot and agent scenarios—but need a clear, practical path and guidance to do so at speed. 

What you’ll work through

Each Friday across 4 weeks, you’ll join a 1.5 hour accelerated session that covers the essential ingredients for building your Copilot & Agents practice, helping you identify customer opportunities and converting them into tangible pipeline:

Week 1

From SKU-based selling to business process improvement: Rethinking your AI customer conversations

Friday 8 May

Identify target customers to pitch to build your Copilot offer menu 

The session equips sellers with a compelling Secure AI and Copilot narrative and transformational journey framework to take clients on. We’ll share examples and framing guidance, clear hero offers and bundles, and simple GTM packaging guidance to confidently position, pitch, and sell the right Copilot solution for speed and impact.


Week 2

Completing the AI puzzle: Why Governance is a critical differentiator in your AI solution

Able to add Data Governance options to your AI Adoption service menu

In this session, you’ll learn why Data Governance is the new baseline and must-have for responsible AI adoption. Learn how Microsoft Defender and Purview Suites are the critical pieces of the AI puzzle and how they differentiate Microsoft Copilot from the competition and improve stickiness with end clients.

Building profitable services: Your AI portfolio

GTM packaging: Map resourcing to services and improve offering to make financial sense to prospects and internal stakeholders

This session is designed to deepen your transformational journey by sharing specific services, projects and recurring managed services your AI practice can adopt to deliver AI revenue growth. We’ll map customer pains to Copilot use cases and scenarios and share best practices to progress from selling M365 Copilot to Agents and more complex AI solutions.


Week 4

Scaling and growing your AI opportunity: How to leverage Microsoft investment & programs

Allocate and book at least 1 funded / paid next step into your customer journey

The session outlines a clear call to action ladder, explains eligibility and funded motions, and provides guidance on advancing deals from initial engagement to PoC.
