We know that transferring to a new distributor can seem daunting for our partners Our goal is to simplify the onboarding process, to maximise the time you spend focusing on your customers and growing your business and minimise the admin!  
 
On this page you’ll find useful onboarding resources to make your operational set-up as easy as possible.

Get started 


Before onboarding as a Microsoft CSP partner with Dicker Data, please ensure you join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
Follow these instructions to set up your Partner Center profile



Here are the simple steps to migrate your CSP tenants to Dicker Data: 
  1. Refer to the P2P Transfer Checklist within the Cloud Portal Handbook Bulk Associate Tenants in Dicker Data Portal Refer to the:  
    • Add existing tenants individually
      OR
    • Use the Bulk Associate Tenant Tool on the Dicker Data Portal to add multiple tenants at once

  1. Once added to the portal the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) and the association link will need to be accepted by an internal global admin for the tenant:  
 
  1. To transfer NCE or Azure, complete and send the P2P transfer form to Microsoft.sales@dickerdata.com.au   
    • If there are Azure subscriptions that will be transferring with this request, a new $0 subscription under the New Indirect Provider will need to be created so the transferring subscription has a destination.  
    • Note that Legacy Subscriptions, Software subscriptions, perpetual software and third-party subscriptions cannot be transferred using this transfer capability.  
    • We recommend NOT transferring Month to Month SKU’s, as it’s simpler to turn off Autorenew with the current Distributor and add them to your Dicker Data Portal.  
    • Once submitted, the incumbent distributor will receive an email from Microsoft with the transfer details. (Transfers are valid for 30 days) 

  1.  Follow the instructions on our Partner Center Onboarding Guide to get your Partner Center compliant and set up to realise potential Microsoft incentives and rebates.
