As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve taken a moment to reflect on the milestones that have shaped our year. From strengthening partnerships to launching new services, every achievement was driven by collaboration. Thank you to our partner community for your partnership and trust throughout 2025. We asked various team members across Dicker Data to share their proudest highlights and the bold goals they’re setting for 2026, because the best way to plan the future is to learn from the wins that got us here.
Vladimir Mitnovetski - Chief Operating Officer
“I want to start by saying a big thank you to our incredible partner and vendor community this year! 2025 was a record-breaking year for Dicker Data ANZ, delivering unprecedented growth across every segment of the business. We launched our AI Accelerate Practice and successfully transacted our first AI deal with an NCP partner. Software achieved over 30% year-on-year growth, we introduced a new Telco division, and drove market-leading Windows 10 refresh opportunities, resulting in 25%+ growth in end-client computing.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re focused on expanding and accelerating our AI practice, driving data centre and enterprise networking modernisation, and unlocking new refresh opportunities for our vendors. We’ll also double down on stimulating SMB growth across ANZ to continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners.”
Pennie Stevens – General Manager – Software
“2025 has been a great year for the Dicker Data Software team, we've been recognised with several vendor and industry awards:
Arctera: Distributor of the Year
Cloudflare: Global Distribution Partner of the Year
Cloudflare: Asia Pacific Distribution Partner of the Year
Commvault: APAC Distributor Award
Veeam: Distributor ANZ award
Roshantha Pillay, Marketing Lead, 2025 ARN's WIICTA Achievement Award
We have launched our new partnership with CrowdStrike and have had successful events to support our partners and vendors in growing their Cyber Resilience ability. We have helped Adobe and Broadcom VMware change their GTM strategies and helped our partners with these transitions. Dicker Data launched CXANZ successfully and our team are helping customers maximise their Citrix investments and truly Secure the Work across hybrid and remote environments. We also launched ShareFile as an independent vendor under Progress, supported by well-defined plans and emerging partner programs to capture a major opportunity in secure collaboration and content sharing.
2026 is looking great with a strong security portfolio line-up and cyber resilience vendors. We are doubling down on our engagement and enablement of partners across our vendors. We will be working with our vendors and partners to help them build out their business with more alliance activity to help business understand and utilise AI more. 2026, there will be further expansion of the vendor line-up for our MSP’s and we look forward to growing their business with that opportunity. Our team will have a big focus on our event strategy for 2026, which will provide a great opportunity for our vendors and partners to come together and understand the market conditions and opportunities.”
Luke Trinh – General Manager - Hardware
"In 2025, a major highlight for our team was successfully delivering the End of Support Windows 10 campaign, which ran throughout the year and culminated in a big finale on October 14th. This campaign not only ensured a smooth transition for customers but also strengthened our relationships with partners by providing clear guidance and support during the change. The finale event was a significant milestone, showcasing our ability to execute a complex, high-impact initiative with precision and collaboration.
In 2026, we aim to build on this momentum by focusing on innovation and growth. Our priorities include launching next-generation hardware solutions, enhancing sustainability across our product lifecycle, and deepening strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities. We also plan to improve customer experience through better integration of hardware and software ecosystems, ensuring we remain a trusted leader in the market.”
Sarah Loiterton - General Manager - Microsoft Cloud
"The major highlight for our team in 2026 has been the increased collaborative relationships we’ve forged with our partners. Through our data-driven approach, we have helped partners identify new opportunities both within their existing customers and new business. This ongoing commitment to increasing partner value is also reflected in our focus on co-selling initiatives with Microsoft, as well as our continued efforts to build partner capability and capacity.
Operating in such a dynamic industry, our objective for 2026 is to continue to serve as trusted consultants, guiding our partners on effective strategies to achieve success. Specialisation and Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations (SPDs) will remain fundamental to partner differentiation and fostering innovation, and we’re supporting our partners with the skilling and certification to accelerate their growth and transformation. We’re also launching our game changing partner-to-partner marketplace, Solution ConX, which will facilitate collaboration between our ecosystem to expand capabilities and unlock new routes to market."
Jason Hall – General Manager - Telco
“2025 was a breakthrough year for us. We successfully launched Dicker Data Telco Solutions into the Australian IT channel, unlocking entirely new telco opportunities for partners. We onboarded multiple leading telco vendors, giving partners and their customers real choice and flexibility in a market that was previously closed and restrictive. We also set a clear mission: to make telco accessible, easy, and profitable for partners. MSPs are perfectly placed to capture the connectivity revenue attached to every solution they manage, and we’ve positioned ourselves to help them do exactly that. After laying the foundations and building a brand-new telco channel in 2025, 2026 is all about scaling and accelerating momentum.
We aim to bring on additional telco vendors to further expand our offering and partner choice. Engage and onboard more partners into the telco ecosystem. Help even more MSPs unlock and monetise telco revenue as a natural extension of the services they already deliver. Our focus is growth, of vendors, partners, and opportunities, so telco becomes a core, profitable stream for the channel.”
Sandeep Sharma - Regional Sales Manager
"2025 has been an outstanding year for the BDM team, delivering record results quarter after quarter. We are deeply grateful to our partners for trusting us with their business and enabling this success. Throughout the year, our BDMs collaborated closely with internal Account Managers, vendor BDMs, Product Managers, our Services team, 3PL, and the warehouse team to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. We supported partner growth through face-to-face training sessions, workshops, and webinars, while onboarding several new partners and guiding them through our vendor portfolio. From credit assistance to day-to-day support, we ensured they had everything they needed to succeed.
Our Data Resiliency event in September was a highlight, showcasing how organisations can build true resilience across the full threat lifecycle. Additionally, 2025 marked the launch of our AI Accelerate program in partnership with 365mesh, empowering partners with backend expertise while they maintain client relationships and deliver AI-driven solutions.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to build on this momentum, continue driving innovation, and invite our partners to join us at TechX 2026 for another year of collaboration and success. Together, let’s make 2026 even bigger and better!"
Vickie Madeleine - General Manager – Cisco Group
“There were many highlights, however this year I’m especially proud of the new exclusive initiatives we delivered to partners centered around maximising their profitability and AI readiness. Dicker Data announced Australia’s first Cisco AI POD. The POD will assist partners in building AI use cases and support their capabilities for AI deployments. We also created a new Cisco CX partner community and advisory forum, focused on supporting partners on their Cisco CX journey and Cisco’s new 360 Program.
Our goal is to push ourselves further in 2026 in making complex things appear simple. To deliver initiatives that make a meaningful difference to our partners in an ever-complex world, but also to partner with purpose. In 2026, we partnered with B1G1 to drive meaningful change to communities in need. Together with the Australian Cisco community, we provided.
500 days of Digital Skills Training for Aboriginal Communities.
Planted 250 trees in the Daintree Rainforest, helping to preserve this vital ecosystem.
Supplied 15,000 days of life-saving water provided to those in need, ensuring access to clean water.
We're looking forward to driving meaningful impact alongside the Australian partner community in 2026."
Doug Jurd – Sales Manager - Services
“One of our biggest highlights this year was helping an MSP partner transition out of their Melbourne warehouse into our Sydney 3PL facility. We managed a seamless migration of all customer stock and introduced consistent staging services across multiple end users. The best part? The move delivered immediate cost savings to the MSP by removing warehouse overheads, streamlined their supply chain through centralised fulfilment, and improved the end-customer experience with faster turnaround times, better accuracy, and scalable support.”
Stacey Wright – Deployment Services Manager
“A real highlight for us in Staging was rolling out brand-new endpoint staging trolleys. These trolleys were designed and built to increase capacity, give us greater flexibility, and speed up throughput. What makes this achievement even more special is that the entire solution was designed, engineered, and implemented by our own senior staging engineers, with input from the entire team; a true testament to their innovation and commitment to continuous improvement.”
Greg Maher – National Credit Manager
“What a year 2025 has been. We have added to the clan with 2 babies born, Finn and Alyssa. Proud mothers and staff members, Gabby and Oriella, who will return to the fold when they are ready to come back to the enjoyment of the Accounts team. Dicker Data keeps getting bigger with a higher number of transactions and value, and it is the Accounts Receivable team that keeps the wheels turning with unbelievable collection efforts and customer service to ensure our resellers' accounts are as clean and accurate as possible. The Accounts Receivable team’s performance and results in all areas are outstanding and are the highlight of the year. This only happens when the team work together as a cohesive unit, looking after each other and the resellers.
It is always enjoyable to continue the competitive nature of the team with a daily UNO card contest at lunch and the weekly Golf Putting Comp, which has been extended to challenge the Marketing team. Looking forward to continuing great results for the team in 2026 and a better performance in the Golf Comp, 2nd is just not good enough.”
Thank you for your support in 2025. We're looking forward to achieving great things in the new year.
