With Teams Rooms, attendees can join meetings in a single step, share content, and collaborate with remote attendees to make meetings productive and engaging for everyone, no matter where they are.

Speed, quality and simplicity

Delivering a native Teams experience, Teams Rooms transforms meeting spaces with advanced functionality and rich collaborative experience that is easy to use, deploy, and manage. Microsoft Teams Rooms device partners including, Crestron, HP, Lenovo, Logitech, and Poly. Teams Rooms systems use a Microsoft Teams Rooms licence which is separate from your O365 licence. Teams Rooms drives efficient meetings with one touch join feature to get the meetings started quickly and without fuss.

Scalable from small huddle spaces through to large boardrooms, Teams Rooms is available on two operating systems. Firstly, a Windows based modular room systems consisting of a touch-panel control, a PC, separate speakers, microphones, and cameras. Or secondly there are the integrated all-in-one devices, based on an Android appliance, where the camera, mics, speakers, and compute device are in one product such as a Video bar Camera with an optional control panel.

Teams Rooms systems use Teams certified components to drive consistent performance and a familiar user experience.

Additional features of Teams Rooms systems include different video layouts, 1080p resolution and Dual Screen support.

Taking whiteboard collaboration to the next level, digitally capture dry erase whiteboard meeting notes and share them using the Teams Rooms content camera feature.

Removing the complexity of virtual meeting experiences, one of the standout features of Teams Rooms is Direct Guest Join. Organisations can configure Microsoft Teams Rooms systems to directly connect to third-party meeting platforms like Cisco Webex or Zoom, without the need for additional video interop service.

Slipstreaming accessibility, Teams Rooms ‘Proximity Join’ feature, gives attendees the ability to connect from a mobile Teams meeting to a nearby Teams Rooms when you enter the meeting room. The feature works in conjunction with ‘Bluetooth Beaconing’.

These features and many more, are unique to the Teams Rooms licence and Teams Rooms systems and can’t be accessed using your Teams application on a personal device.

The recently launched Teams Panels is a Room Scheduling display and booking system that can be mounted outside of the meeting room to indicates availability status. Unlike other room scheduling systems, Teams Panels run directly off the user’s Teams Rooms licence and can be managed over the network as a part of that meeting room ecosystem.
