The first order at the time of setting up the 3-Year Commitment determines the minimum quantity.
Can I purchase more than the minimum licences at the locked-in price?
Can I purchase more than the minimum licences at the locked-in price?
Yes! As long as you renew your initial minimum agreed licences each year of the commitment, any additional licences will be made at the locked-in pricing. Even if you scale back down to the original minimum during the commitment period!
How do I migrate a customer if a reseller change is requested?
How do I migrate a customer if a reseller change is requested?
Key Points:
- The End Customer selects a new reseller, using the partner finder for a list of authorised resellers in their region
- The new reseller generates a reseller change code in the Reseller Console
- The End Customer VIP Number and Admin Email are required
- The reseller change code is sent to the Member via email
- The End Customer enters the reseller change code in the Adobe Admin Console to complete the process
- Reseller change codes are valid for 72 hours. If the reseller change code is not used within this time, the reseller can create a new one, up to a limit of 5 per reseller per day
- Both the old and new resellers are notified via email when the reseller change is completed
- Direct Customers must contact customer support first and they will cancel the Adobe VIP and then reseller can create the new VIP for the customer under their reseller console

- Subscription licensing is a software licensing model where each users’ access is paid for up-front on a yearly subscription basis or a 3-year commit (paid annually).
- For the duration of the subscription term, you have access to the software that your subscription contract covers, as well as software upgrades, customer support and maintenance.
- Adobe offers two forms of Adobe VIP subscriptions: Teams Licensing and Enterprise Licensing.
- While the user experience of the product features stays the same for both Teams and Enterprise, the benefits of moving to Enterprise from an administrator’s point of view, make the move valuable.
- Note, there are no perpetual licenses. Please migrate these to subscriptions.
