Program Offer

1. Login to the Poly Partner Portal.

2. Click on Trade-In Program on the main page and then click "Voice Trade-In".

3. Once in the tool, select the headset product you are interested in purchasing.

4. Input the desired quantity for each SKU and then click "add".

5. View the order by clicking on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner.

6. When you have confirmed that your order is correct, please click on "Submit Transaction".

7. Provide details on the opportunity in the form.
a. Include quantity of products trading in
b. Agreeing to the Certificate of Destruction on behalf of the end customer.

8. Select appropriate ordering point (distributor).

9. Review and confirm transaction.
