Eligibility Criteria
Participation is conditioned on the partner being in good standing and in compliance with all partner agreement terms. Any changes
or special needs require business justification for exception approval and should be sent to ruckuschannel@commscope.com. Additional terms and conditions may apply. The RUCKUS Demo Program is subject to change or cancellation at any time.
Eligible Products
Specific RUCKUS hardware and software products are eligible for the demo program. The eligible demo product list can be
downloaded from the “Resources” tab in the RUCKUS Partner Portal.

Demo units including access points, switches, and licensing (subject to limits).
Process
Partners must log in to the RUCKUS Partner Portal, navigate to Categories and select Demo Program, then complete and submit
the demo request form with all required information; once the request is submitted to RUCKUS, the partner will receive an approval email containing the demo request details, after which an official purchase order must be placed with Dicker Data AU, clearly referencing the approved demo program request number.
Required Information
Distributor Name (Dicker Data AU), the Partner’s contact details the product SKU of the item you would like to demo, the quantity
of demo items requested. Support SKU is required if you are requesting an AP and Switch.

Approval provided upon submission via the partner portal.
Terms & Conditions
The maximum quantity permitted per partner is five (5) Access Points and three (3) ICX Switches within any twelve-month
period, with licensing requests not to exceed a quantity of thirty (30). Demo units must remain in the partner’s possession for a minimum of one year, after which partners can resell the equipment provided it is not represented as new and it is clearly disclosed that no warranty applies. We encourage partners to keep the equipment for their site surveys, proofs of concept, business development activities, customer demonstrations or trials, and internal testing and training. Resale of standalone demo software is strictly prohibited, including RUCKUS Cloud Wi-Fi and Cloudpath. Support SKUs are mandatory for all demo requests, and partners must follow the BoM-building guide with Intangi to select the appropriate support SKU; all support SKUs will be sold at standard discount.
