Ruckus Deal Registration
Deal registration enables partners to secure protection and pricing on net-new Ruckus opportunities. Deal registration must be opportunity-based.

Process
Register the opportunity by logging in to the RUCKUS Partner Portal and selecting the Partner Central tile to access deal registration. Complete and submit the required form. If approved, an automated approval notification will be issued. Approved deals are protected for six months, and only one RUCKUS partner may hold an approved deal registration per customer opportunity.
Required Information
You’ll require the following end-user information: company name, industry, address, contact name, contact email and phone number. Additional project information: description, size, product SKU’s and quantity of each SKU, when the project will be completed and any competitors.
Approval & Timelines
Deals are generally approved/rejected within two business days of submission.
Terms & Conditions
All opportunities must be submitted through the CommScope deal registration tool with complete and accurate information, and CommScope reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any submission, including resubmissions where information is later deemed inaccurate. Deal registration discounts cannot be combined with special pricing (including Deals Desk/DDO), sales promotions, or other sales program discounts, although certain programs and promotions may require an approved deal registration for eligibility. Support, services, training, and cloud products are not eligible for deal registration discounts but may be included for compliance or informational purposes. Only one solution provider per opportunity may be approved for deal registration discounts, and approvals are not granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with factors such as the incumbent partner taken into account. Approved deal registrations are valid for six months from the date of approval, with extension requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and failure to comply with program terms may result in loss of eligibility for deal registration benefits.
