Cisco Demo Program

Eligibility Criteria

Partners must be a registered Cisco partner transacting with Dicker Data and have a qualified opportunity with a named end customer. Requests are assessed based on the value and stage of the opportunity, alignment to the intended use case, and the partner’s level of engagement and history.

Eligible Products

A range of Cisco networking and collaboration solutions are available, including switching and routing platforms, wireless access points, security appliances, and collaboration devices such as IP telephony and video endpoints, with availability subject to current demo inventory levels.

Demo Program Process

To proceed, partners engage their Dicker Data Account Manager or Business Development Manager and submit a Demo Request Form outlining the opportunity and specific requirements. The request is then reviewed by the Cisco Business Unit, and upon approval, the equipment is allocated and dispatched.

Required Information

Partners will need to provide end customer details, an overview of the opportunity and use case, the requested equipment and duration, delivery details, and any presales support requirements to ensure the demo is aligned to a genuine, qualified opportunity.

Required Form

All demo requests must be submitted via the official Cisco Demo Request Form. Available upon request.

Terms and Conditions

Key terms include a standard loan period of 21 days, with extensions subject to approval, and full responsibility for the equipment remaining with the partner for the duration of the loan. All equipment must be returned complete, undamaged, and on time, with return freight and insurance also the responsibility of the partner. Missing, damaged, or late-returned equipment may be charged at replacement cost, and all equipment remains the property of Dicker Data. Full terms are provided as part of the Demo Request Form.
