- Stock will be received from Dicker Data Main Warehouse (Pronto SO).
- This quote is for pallet storage purposes.
- Pallets will not be broken down.
- SO to be dispatched to one location in full.
- If the stock is held for more than 1 month, storage will be invoiced on a monthly basis for as long as the stock is in 3PL.
- Please ensure the Pronto delivery address shows as "3PL Services" to ensure the stock is transferred to 3PL without issue.
If the service conditions above change for any reason, or the stock needs to be broken down, a separate quote will be provided to support your customer.

Please use best estimates. When the pallets are received, the actual number of pallets will be confirmed and charges adjusted accordingly.

Once the form has been sent to Services.Sales, please ensure the delivery address is amended to our 3PL address (see below), and arrange for the stock to be released for picking.

No - we can get that from you later. However, if specialist freight is required, Dicker Data standard freight policy applies.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to prepare and dispatch pallets. Additional time will be required for a large number of pallets to be shipped.
Dicker Data Services will manage all shipments via standard road freight. Any specialist requirements are to be managed with the MAIN warehouse, via an Additional Dispatch.
Yes, charges are for a minimum 1 month, or part thereof. Storage fees will continue to be charged on a monthly basis until the stock is shipped.
This requirement means that this is no longer a Dicker Data Services Storage Agreement. We can support your customers' requirements, however we would need to engage with your customer to discuss their 3PL requirements, and provide a specific quote for that service.
