When do the new training certifications have to be completed?

The new training certifications need to be completed by January 31st, 2026

Does every opportunity need to be Deal Registered?

It is strongly recommended to deal register any Cohesity opportunities to ensure you get a price advantage against other resellers (note: price advantage depends on Partner Leve – 10% for Associate, 15% for Preferred, 20% for Premier), and to ensure you qualify for any relevant incentives.

Are there any incentive programs running currently?

There is a Net New Customer Sales Incentive running from August 1st, 2025 until January 31st, 2026. Please find the details here.

Do you need to complete training to qualify for the Cohesity incentive programs?

Cohesity Incentive programs will generally have a training requirement to qualify.

For example, under the current APJ Net-New Customer Sales Incentive, participants will need to have completed the Cohesity Foundations Associate and either the Cohesity Data Protect Sales Associate for sales staff or Cohesity Data Protect Technical Sales Associate for technical staff to qualify for the Advanced Stage incentive. Additionally, participants will need to have completed the Cohesity Cyber Resiliency Sales Associate for sales staff, or Cohesity Cyber Resiliency Technical Sales Associate for technical staff to qualify for the Deal Closed Won incentive.


I'm a new salesperson or technical person in the team. How do I get added to the partner portal?

Find out who is your administrator of the Cohesity Partner Portal and get them to add you to the partner employee list. For administrators, this can be done under ‘Permissions Management’ in the drop-down menu from clicking on your name in the top right corner of the Partner Portal page.

We don't know who our Cohesity Admin for the portal is. How do I find out? The administrator has left. How do we set up a new one?
