Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
The ShareFile FastTrack – Partner Incentive is a limited-time incentive program delivered by Dicker Data to drive new ShareFile pipeline and sales across its ANZ partner network.​ The Promotion rewards partners for both qualified deal registrations and closed orders during the campaign period.​ Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.​

2. Eligibility​

The Promotion is open to all authorised partners of Dicker Data in Australia and New Zealand. ​ Partners do not need to be existing ShareFile resellers to participate. ​Partners must be in good standing with Dicker Data. ​Dicker Data reserves the right to verify eligibility at its discretion. ​

3. Promotion Period​

The Promotion runs from 9 April to 30 June 2026 (inclusive). ​Only deal registrations and closed orders submitted, approved, and transacted within this period will be eligible.

4.1 Incentive Structure
Deal Registration Incentive​. Partners will receive a A$100 digital voucher for each approved, qualified deal registration. ​To qualify, deals must: ​

  • Have a minimum value of A$2,000 ARR ​

  • Be submitted via the official ShareFile deal registration process ​

  • Be approved by the vendor and/or Dicker Data ​

4.2 Closed Order Incentive​
Partners will receive a A$200 digital voucher for each eligible closed order. ​
Orders must: ​
  • Be linked to a previously approved deal registration ​
  • Be processed and invoiced through Dicker Data within the Promotion period ​
  • Be fully paid and not subject to cancellation or refund ​
5. Incentive Caps​
The maximum incentive available per partner is A$5,000. ​
This includes: ​
  • Up to A$2,000 for deal registrations (maximum 40 deals) ​
  • Up to A$3,000 for closed orders (maximum 30 deals) ​
  • Incentives will cease once the cap is reached. ​
6. Qualification Criteria
Eligible deals must be net-new opportunities or approved customer expansions. ​All deal registrations must represent genuine, qualified sales opportunities. ​Dicker Data reserves the right to reject: ​
  • Duplicate submissions ​
  • Existing pipeline or previously registered deals ​
  • Opportunities deemed non-qualified or non-compliant

7. Deal Registration Requirements​
All opportunities must be registered on the Dicker Data ShareFile Deal Reg landing page​. Standard vendor deal registration rules apply, including: ​

  • First approved registration takes precedence.

  • Registrations must be submitted prior to order closure ​

  • Final approval and deal ownership remain at the discretion of the vendor and/or Dicker Data. ​
8. Incentive Fulfilment​
Incentives will be fulfilled by Dicker Data in the form of digital vouchers.
Distribution will occur: ​
  • Periodically during the campaign and/or ​
  • Within a reasonable timeframe after campaign completion ​
Vouchers are: ​
  • Non-transferable ​
  • Not redeemable for cash ​
  • Subject to the issuing provider’s terms and expiry conditions ​

9. Exclusions​

The following are not eligible for incentives:​

  • Contract renewals or price uplifts ​

  • Deals registered prior to the Promotion period ​

  • Transactions below the minimum ARR threshold ​

  • Internal purchases or non-commercial deals ​

  • Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders ​

10. Audit and Compliance​

Dicker Data reserves the right to audit all claims and transactions. ​Any misuse of the Promotion, including fraudulent or misleading deal registrations, may result in: ​

  • Disqualification from the Promotion

  • Forfeiture of incentives ​

  • Further action under partner agreements ​

11. Modification or Termination​

Dicker Data reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. ​Changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. 

12. Liability​
Dicker Data is not responsible for: ​
Late or incomplete submissions ​
Technical or system errors ​
Delays outside its reasonable control ​
All decisions regarding eligibility and incentives are final. ​

13. Acceptance​
By participating in this Promotion, partners agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable vendor program rules.
