Last December 2023, we announced our planned transition to VIP Marketplace =
and provided estimated timelines for the phasing out of the Volume Incentiv=
e Program (VIP).

As a follow up to that communication, we=E2=80=99re providing important upd=
ates to our VIP Marketplace roadmap. Our Commercial and Government/Educatio=
n transition plan is detailed below.

VIP Marketplace transition update for Commercial customers:

  *   From December 2nd 2024, all new Commercial customer agreements must b=
e created via your Adobe Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP Marketplace
In our December 2023 communication we advised that new VIP agreements for C=
ommercial customers would need to be done via VIP Marketplace from ~mid 202=
4. We have given additional time for this transition and would like to advi=
se that from December 2nd 2024, all new VIP Commercial agreements must be c=
reated via your Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP Marketplace.

Please note: From December 2nd 2024, the VIP Reseller Console will not offe=
r the ability to create new VIP Commercial agreements.

  *   The last date to process VIP Commercial orders from existing customer=
s is May 31st 2025. From this date onwards, all new and renewal orders can =
only be processed via your Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP Marketplace
In our Dec 2023 communication we advised that from February 1st 2025 all VI=
P new and renewal orders for existing customers would need to be completed =
via VIP Marketplace. We have given additional time for this transition and =
would like to confirm that from May 31st 2025, all new and renewal orders f=
or existing VIP Commercial customers must be completed via VIP Marketplace.

  *   May 31st 2025 is the deadline to have all existing VIP Commercial cus=
tomers migrated to VIP Marketplace
VIP Commercial customers not migrated to VIP Marketplace by 31st May 2025 w=
ill not be able to process any new or renewal orders. We encourage all Rese=
llers to contact their Adobe Distributors and build a plan to migrate all t=
heir Commercial customers to VIP Marketplace as soon as possible.

VIP Marketplace transition update for Government and Education customers:

  *   From November 30th 2025, all new and renewal orders for existing Gove=
rnment and Education customers, must be completed via your Distributor=E2=
=80=99s VIP Marketplace
Whilst Resellers are encouraged to migrate all of their VIP Government/Educ=
ation customers to VIP Marketplace today, we will continue to support the p=
rocessing of new & renewal orders via our legacy VIP program until November=
 30th, 2025.

VIP Government and Education customers not migrated to VIP Marketplace by N=
ovember 30th 2025 will not be able to process any new and renewal orders. W=
e encourage all Resellers to contact their Adobe Distributor and build a pl=
an to migrate all their Government and Education customers to VIP Marketpla=
ce as soon as possible.

  *   From mid 2025, all new Government and Education customer agreements m=
ust be created via your Adobe Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP Marketplace
Whilst the VIP Reseller Console will continue to allow the creation of new =
VIP agreements for Government/Education customers until mid 2025 (exact dat=
e TBC), we encourage all Resellers to use their Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP M=
arketplace for all new customer agreements from now onwards.

What happens if my customer does not migrate to VIP Marketplace by the dead=
line?
Customers that have not migrated to VIP Marketplace by the VIP ordering dea=
dline date will continue to have uninterrupted software access for their pa=
id seats until their Anniversary Date. However, if your customer would like=
 to add seats or renew their licenses, they will need to migrate to VIP Mar=
ketplace first.

The VIP ordering cut off deadlines for existing customers are:

  *   May 31st, 2025 for Commercial customers
  *   November 30th, 2025 for Government and Education customers

Will customers experience any interruptions to software or administrator ac=
cess when migrating from VIP to VIP Marketplace?
Migrating from VIP to VIP Marketplace is a seamless transition for the cust=
omer. For software administrators, the Adobe administration console will co=

The vast majority of VIP customers can migrate to VIP Marketplace today. Th=
ere are a small number of customers that are unable to migrate right now wh=
ich we are still working on (such as VIP High Volume customers, VIP linked =
membership customers and some country specific promotional price customers)=

To simplify the migration process, Adobe has provided your Distributor with=
 a complete list of your VIP customers that are eligible to migrate to VIP =
Marketplace. This list is updated frequently, so we recommend that you chec=

ates to our VIP Marketplace roadmap. Our Commercial and Government/Educatio=
n transition plan is detailed below.

<strong><u>VIP Marketplace transition update for Commercial customers:</u><=

<li><strong>From December 2nd 2024, all new <u>Commercial</u> customer agre=
ements must be created via your Adobe Distributor=E2=80=99s VIP Marketplace=

In our December 2023 communication we advised that new VIP agreements for C=
ommercial customers would need to be done via VIP Marketplace from ~mid 202=
4. We have given additional time for this transition and would like to advi=
se that from December 2nd 2024,
 all new VIP Commercial agreements must be created via your Distributor=E2=
=80=99s VIP Marketplace.<br>

Please note: From December 2nd 2024, the VIP Reseller Console will not offe=
r the ability to create new VIP Commercial agreements.<br>
