Compute: A CCW quote that includes Compute hardware will have a Price Protection Expiry Date and Deal Expiry Date of 7 calendar days from quote approval date
Non-Compute: A CCW quote that does not include Compute hardware will have a Price Protection Expiry Date of 14 calendar days and Deal Expiry Date up to 90 calendar days from quote approval date.
For CCWR quotes, Software and Services lines classified as “New” will have Price Protection Expiry Date of 14 days from quote approval date. There are no additional changes to the Quote Price Protection policy for “Renew” lines.
What is the Price Protection Expiry Date and Expiry Date for my quote approved prior to March 8, 2026?
CCW quotes approved before March 8, 2026, will have a quote Price Protection Expiry Date of 30 calendar days from quote approval date. Refer to the Expiry Date field on your CCW quote as this date may vary.
However, the Cisco Seller will be required to reopen the deal created by either the Cisco Seller or the Cisco Partners for re-pricing if the following scenarios occur during the Ordering process within the Net Price Protection window:
The Product and/or Service Total List Price increase results in over 15% of the Total Deal/Quote List Price
Total of All Order Net Price placed (Deal Consumption) against the Deal/Quote is over 115% of the Total Deal/Quote Net Value
Any adjustments causing the quote to be re-opened (i.e. Bill to ID, configuration changes).
