What is Veeam University Pro?

Veeam's advanced training and certification program for partners and technical teams who want deeper expertise in data protection, recovery, and cybersecurity. 

Who is eligible for this program?

Registered and Silver Veeam partners purchasing through Dicker Data. Contact us to confirm your eligibility before registering. 

What training formats does University Pro offer?

Both instructor-led (4-day classroom) and on-demand (self-paced) options are available depending on the course. 

Do I need to complete a course before sitting a certification exam?

Yes. Prerequisite training must be completed before exam eligibility. Exam-only entry is not permitted under Veeam's program rules.  

Which certifications are currently available?

VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) is the current active certification. VMCE+ and VMCSE are coming soon. 

Why does reaching Silver matter commercially?

The deal registration discount doubles from 5% to 10% at Silver tier — directly improving margin on every protected opportunity. Silver partners also unlock NFR keys, internal-use licenses, and inclusion on the Veeam Reseller Finder. 

How does the refund work?

Purchase Veeam University Pro (Annual) via Dicker Data and submit 5 approved deal registrations by 30 June 2026. Once verified, the full annual subscription cost is refunded, subject to program terms.
