Launching TechX 2026: 60+ Technology Vendors

Written by Ben Johnson | 12/05/26 12:03 AM

Dicker Data is pleased to announce registrations for TechX 2026 are now open, bringing the Australia and New Zealand technology channel together at a pivotal moment for the industry.

As customer expectations rise, technology cycles compress and new capabilities such as AI rapidly move from concept to execution, partners across the channel are being asked to do more than simply supply technology. They are being asked to guide strategy, deliver outcomes and help customers navigate increasing complexity, regardless of whether those customers are SMB, mid-market or enterprise.

That growing complexity is also reshaping how solutions are delivered. As customer requirements become broader and more complex, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for a single partner to deliver every required business outcome alone. Today, successful solutions are built through partner‑to‑partner collaboration, combining deep expertise across all technology areas to deliver end-to-end outcomes for customers.

TechX 2026 will actively showcase this ecosystem approach in action by bringing together complementary partner capabilities, solution specialists and vendors in an environment designed to encourage meaningful introductions, collaboration and shared opportunity. By fostering these partner-to-partner connections, TechX enables partners to extend their reach, deliver more complete solutions, and participate in a stronger, more connected ANZ channel ecosystem that reflects how technology is actually delivered today.

Returning in 2026, TechX is designed specifically to help ANZ partners meet that challenge. Delivered as a focused, one-afternoon experience across multiple cities, TechX brings partners together to explore how the market is changing and what those changes mean in practice for partner business models, customer engagement and long-term growth.

Whether partners are serving fast-moving SMB customers, scaling repeatable solutions for the mid-market, or supporting complex enterprise environments, TechX 2026 provides clarity on where customers are investing and how partners can align their portfolios, services and skills to remain relevant, competitive and profitable. The event reflects how modern partners operate today across mixed customer segments, multiple technologies and evolving commercial models.

"TechX has become a critical touchpoint for partners seeking direction in an increasingly fragmented and fast-moving market. The channel is at an inflection point. Technology is moving faster than ever, customer expectations are changing, and partners are being asked to play a much more strategic role. TechX is about bringing the channel together to make sense of that change, to understand where opportunity is emerging, what customers actually value, and how partners can position themselves to lead rather than react.” - Ben Johnson, General Manager – Marketing & Strategy, ANZ, Dicker Data.

A key highlight of TechX 2026 will be a keynote from Mark Iles, Chief Analyst, APAC at Omdia, who will deliver a data-rich, locally focused view of how the market is evolving across Australia and New Zealand. Drawing on independent regional research, Iles will unpack how customer demand is shifting across SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments, including the practical implications of AI adoption, security priorities, cloud strategies and other emerging technology trends. The session is designed to help partners cut through uncertainty, understand where real opportunity exists, and make informed decisions about where to invest and how to grow.

Across the events, partners will be provided with the opportunity to engage with leading technology vendors, explore emerging solutions and gain insight into how technologies such as AI, security, cloud, networking, data centre and devices are being applied to real customer challenges. The emphasis throughout TechX is on translating market change into action by helping partners to think differently about how solutions are packaged, positioned and delivered to drive measurable customer outcomes.

TechX is a not-for-profit initiative, designed and delivered in-house by the Dicker Data team with a clear focus on strengthening the ANZ channel. By reinvesting all sponsorship revenue into the event experience, TechX continues to set the benchmark for scale, quality and relevance, creating an environment where partners can learn, connect and collectively shape the future of the industry.
