Dicker Data has expanded its partnership with CrowdStrike through the launch of a distributor-led Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) aggregation model across Australia and New Zealand.
As one of the first distributors in Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) to offer the model, Dicker Data will enable Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and MSSPs to deliver the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon® platform through flexible monthly consumption, helping partners build scalable managed security services while simplifying how customers consume cybersecurity.
"We're pleased to expand our partnership with CrowdStrike beyond a resell motion, to help make cybersecurity meaningful, practical and commercially valuable for our partners across Australia and New Zealand. Together with CrowdStrike, we're creating new managed services opportunities for partners to take their leading security platform to SMB and mid-market customers, reducing complexity and strengthening protection.” - Vlad Mitnovetski, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, Dicker Data.
As organisations look to consume cybersecurity as a managed service, rather than standalone products, to address increasingly sophisticated and AI-driven threats, partners are evolving beyond traditional software resale to deliver ongoing agentic security outcomes. Dicker Data's MSSP aggregation model helps partners make that transition by simplifying licensing, operations and service delivery while expanding access to the Falcon platform.
“Organisations increasingly want cybersecurity delivered as a service – without the complexity of stitching together multiple tools.” - Jon Fox, Vice President of Channels and Alliances, CrowdStrike Japan and Asia Pacific.
Designed specifically for MSPs and MSSPs, this new aggregation model enables partners to retain ownership of their customer relationships, deliver enterprise-grade security capabilities through high-value services, and lowers the barrier to entry for partners seeking to expand into managed cybersecurity services without requiring significant upfront investment.
“By extending the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon platform through Dicker Data's MSSP aggregation model, together we're making it easier for partners to deliver unified, enterprise-grade protection while helping customers achieve better security outcomes.” - Jon Fox, Vice President of Channels and Alliances, CrowdStrike Japan and Asia Pacific.
Unlike traditional licensing models, partners gain access to a simplified operational model for service delivery and a monthly consumption framework specifically designed for managed services, with billing in Australian currency, to help partners capture the growing demand for security services. Dicker Data will also provide partners with dedicated, local onboarding, enablement, and technical support services.
“Our partners are pivotal to our success, and the launch of our MSSP aggregation model is another example of that commitment, making it easier for partners to build profitable security practices while delivering better outcomes for customers." - Vlad Mitnovetski, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, Dicker Data.
This launch builds on Dicker Data’s broader investment into cybersecurity as a strategic growth area for the channel. In recent years, the company has expanded its cybersecurity portfolio, specialist resources, partner enablement programs and support capabilities to help partners respond to increasing customer demand for managed security outcomes.
"AI has created significant opportunity across every industry, driving unprecedented levels of interest, innovation and transformation. Much like Dicker Data's role in helping partners navigate the Cloud transformation over a decade ago, we remain committed to ensuring partners and customers have the technical expertise, operational readiness and strategic guidance required to succeed. As AI adoption accelerates, we will continue to support our partners in strengthening cyber resilience and delivering secure, sustainable outcomes for their customers." - Tony Lam, Business Manager, Dicker Data.
The addition of CrowdStrike’s MSSP aggregation model further strengthens Dicker Data’s cybersecurity portfolio and reflects the company's broader strategy of helping partners evolve beyond transactional technology sales into scalable, recurring, services-led business models.
